Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner had assaulted his mother resulting in her death. He made extra-judicial confession to his relation. The said witness has not been examined. His bail prayer had been rejected earlier. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
