It is submitted on her behalf that she is not inclined to proceed with G.R.Case No. 6057 of 2022 any further since the matter is being amicably settled between the parties. In view of the above, the revisional applications being CRR No. 1437 of 2024 and CRR No. 243 of 2024 are allowed.

G.R.Case No. 6057 of 2022 arising out of Belghoria Police Station Case No. 340 of 2022 dated June 24, 2022 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas is quashed.

The petitioners be set at liberty at once and discharged from their bail bonds.
