Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties.

From the said affidavit it appears that the petitioner has tendered unqualified and unconditional apology with assurance to this Court that in future they will not repeat such mistake and further they have voluntarily paid the cost to one charitable organization in question.

Considering such gesture of the alleged contemnors, the contempt Rule being WPCRC 68 of 2022 stands discharged with a warning to the alleged contemnors that in future they will be cautious enough and particularly the Chartered Accountant

(Registration No. 309264), will be very cautious in his professional career. The contempt proceedings is dropped.

Writ petition WPA 7119 of 2022 is dismissed, however dismissal of the writ petition will not be a bar for the petitioner to pursue the statutory remedy available to him by way of appeal.
