It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that copy of the arbitral award was not served upon him by the authority. There is also no document on record to suggest that copy of the award was served upon the petitioner.

In view of the above, the 5th respondent is directed to serve a copy of the arbitral award under Section 3(G)5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 upon the petitioner within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition and take necessary steps before the appropriate authority.

In view of the above, the writ petition, being WPA 9760 of 2017 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties on usual undertakings.
