In terms of the order dated 11th June, 2025 key was handed over by additional respondent and on receiving key petitioner school took steps in order to have access to the relevant documents of the said school authority.

In view of aforesaid development it appears that grievance of the petitioner school as raised by filing the present writ petition stands redressed. Report is filed by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and same is taken on record.

No further order need be passed on this writ petition and the same stands disposed of. However, this order shall not preclude West Bengal Board of Secondary Education to take steps in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
