Considering the urgency pleaded by the petitioner in CAN 5403 of 2020, the instant writ petition is taken up for hearing via video conference. Accordingly, the application being CAN 5403 of 2020 is disposed of.

The writ petition appears to have been infructuous.

The petitioner's principal grievance is that his proceeding before the West Bengal Housing Industry Regulation in Complaint Case No. 31 of 2019 in execution stage is not being taken up.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the HIRA Authorities submits that the proceedings are

going on in full swing and were only interrupted briefly during the current Pandemic.

Counsel for the State submits that the next date for filing written submissions by the parties is fixed on 29th September, 2020. He further submits that the matter may be taken up and disposed of in that date. In view of the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the State and the HIRA Authorities, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any further order.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
