We have considered the materials on record. There are ample materials implicating the petitioner in the offence of gang rape. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
