It appears that the instant writ petition was initially dismissed for default on 15th January 2019. Thereafter, by virtue of CAN appellation the matter was restored and registered to its original file and number.

It further appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with this matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

Any interim order passed by this Court on the earlier is hereby also vacated.
