1. Supplementary affidavit filed by the Counsel for the petitioner in Court today be taken on record.

2. Inspector-in-charge, Contai Police Station has filed a report dated 26th April, 2024. The same is also taken on record.

3. It appears therefrom that demarcation of the petitioner's plot was effected in presence of Block Development Officer, RI and Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Contai-I.

4. The petitioner is not satisfied with such demarcation. He has, therefore, refused to construct his wall.

5. The petitioner has already challenged the said demarcation before a Civil Court.

6. The parties shall abide by any decision by the Civil Court in this regard.

7. Contai Police Station shall strictly comply with any order that may be passed by the Civil Court. Contai Police Station shall also ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and the petitioner is able to reside peacefully.

8. In view of the above, CPAN 633 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

9. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged. 10.

There will be no order as to costs.
