akb (F.N.H.) ( Main File Not In Court ) None appears on behalf of the petitioners at the time of call.

This is a contempt application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioners on 9th June, 2003.

The petitioners by filing the instant application, sought for punishment of the alleged contemnors for violation of the order dated 30th October, 2002 passed in W.P. 17590 (W) of 2002. Since the filing of the application, none appeared for the petitioners to press the application. I feel that the petitioners are no longer interested to proceed with the contempt application on hand. Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed for non-appearance of the petitioners.

Let this contempt application along with the order passed today be tagged with the main file by the concerned department.
