Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the incident is on November 20, 2021 by the First Information Report was lodged on January 8, 2022. There is a police complaint lodged at the behest of the petitioner with regard to the same incident. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the investigations are still in progress. The victim suffered fracture on the head. He refers to the injury report of the victim and the materials in the case diary.

Considering the nature of the injury of the victim and the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 2156 of 2022, is rejected.
