Materials in the Case Diary suggest that, the petitioner paid money to the persons arrested for the purpose of procuring fire arms from them.

Complicity of the petitioner requires investigation. Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1212 of 2024 is disposed of.
