The writ application has been preferred being aggrieved that the petitioner's prayer for a certified copy of the demolition order has not been considered by the respondent Corporation and has been kept pending.

Learned counsel appearing for the Bidhannanagar Municipal Corporation submits that certified copy of the said order is ready but the petitioners have not collected the same.

The writ application is disposed of with the liberty granted to the petitioner herein to approach the office of the respondents/Corporation, to receive the certified copy at the earliest.

The respondent/Corporation shall not put the demolition order into effect during the statutory period to prefer an appeal.

5.

In case no appeal is preferred within the statutory period to prefer an appeal, the respondent/Corporation shall be at liberty to proceed with the demolition order in accordance with law. 6.

WPA 9282 of 2026 is disposed of.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
