The report reflects that the wife and minor daughter of the petitioner has been recovered and a specific case is continuing against the accused.

Considering the steps which have been taken by the police authorities, prima facie, it seems that the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition has been addressed. The investigating agency

will put in efforts to take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8834 of 2025 is disposed of.
