This matter being WPA 996 of 2021 has been taken out of turn on mentioning and it is treated as on the day's list.

It has been mentioned today by the learned advocate for the petitioner Mr. Sudipta Dasgupta that in the second paragraph of the first page in the judgment and order dated 14th July, 2021, the application number of the petitioner has been wrongly printed which is a typographical error and which is required to be corrected. According to the learned advocate for the petitioner and also from page 28 of the writ application it is found that the application number should be 2000024602 and not 200024602.

Hence in the presence of the learned advocate for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education Mr. Ratul Biswas, I rectify the typographical mistake in the following manner.

The first two lines of the first page of the said order dated 14th July, 2021 would be like this:- "She uploaded her particulars like application number being 2000024602, Roll No. of TET - 2014 examination being No. 090046419, date of birth dated 20.05.1977 etc."

The above lines which actually rectifies the application number of the petitioner is to be read in the place of the rectified second paragraph of the said order.

This order has to be treated as a part of the order dated 14th July, 2021.
