Asansol (Women) Police Station Case No. 20 of 2021 dated 7th February, 2021 was registered under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the opposite parties on the basis of a written complaint submitted by Smt. Nilam Yadav, opposite party No.2 herein.

In the instant application it is stated by both the parties that the opposite party No.2 and her husband are living peacefully. At present there is no dispute between them. The dispute has been amicably settled and accordingly, the instant revision may be disposed of on compromise.

Having heard the learned advocates and on perusal of paragraph 10 of the application I find that since the parties are living peacefully, the instant revision ought to be disposed of on compromise.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is disposed of on compromise.

The application for compromise be made part of this order. The proceeding being Asansol (Women) Police Station Case No. 20 of 2021 dated 7th February, 2021 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code be quashed against the petitioners. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.)
