The writ petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction by Monteswar Police Station in respect of a complaint that the private respondent is filling up a water body. The documents annexed at P-1 to the writ petition clearly indicate that the property-in-question has been described as "Shali" land.

In those circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The parties may take appropriate civil remedy in accordance with law. The O. C., Monteswar Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
