Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.
2.
We have considered the materials on record.
Petitioner is the husband of one of the victims. He played a pivotal role in setting the house on fire. As a result six persons including his wife died. He does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who have been enlarged on bail. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and gravity of the offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
3. Application for bail is, thus, rejected. 4.
Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. (Gaurang Kanth, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.) Signed By :
