Mr. Bag, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors submits that the order of this Court dated 6th February, 2020 passed in W.P. No.23242 (W) of 2019 has already been complied with and upon effecting necessary correction a fresh marksheet has been issued and the same has also been received by the petitioner on 6th January, 2021. Let the documents, as produced, be kept on record.

In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt application and the same being CPAN No.403 of 2020 along with the connected application being CAN 1 of 2020 (Old CAN No.5471 of 2020) are disposed of. There shall however be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
