Mr. Subhamay Bhattacharjee Mr. Subhajit Chowdhury .....for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that a fight broke out between a group of persons over previous grudge. But, the present petitioners have not committed the offence alleged.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that there was a fracture injury on the rib of one of the victims. There are statements of injured which have specifically taken the names of the petitioners.

In view of the incriminating materials available in the case diary as against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
