Charge sheet has been submitted.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the case diary and the report and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that other than the statement of a co-accused, there are three criminal antecedents of the petitioner, two of which are under the provisions of the NDPS Act.

In view of the above and the other materials available in the case diary and the restriction contained in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
