Learned advocate for the State fairly submits that the petitioner's lands were sold out in the year 1978 and 1990.
In view of the fair submission made by the learned advocate for the State, let the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of Rs.5000/- each subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer on condition that the petitioner shall not tamper with the evidence and intimidate any of the witnesses. The petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once a fortnight until further orders.
CRM 5978 of 2020 and CRAN 4425 of 2020 are disposed of.
