Mr. Priyankar Ganguly Ms. Shalini Bairagi Mr. Amaan Deep Gupta Ms. Pipasa Chakraborty ... for the Petitioner(s) Mr. Bibaswan Bhattacharya Ms. Jonaki Saha ... for the State-respondent(s) Mr. Basu, learned Senior Advocate, appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 5th February, 2026 and there has been no recovery from the possession of the present petitioner. Learned Senior advocate also submits that the petitioner is better placed than the other accused person who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 732 of 2026.

Having considered that the petitioner was implicated on the basis of statement of the co-accused; there has been no recovery from the possession of the present petitioner; neither there is any CDR nor any money trial so far as the present petitioner is concerned, I am inclined to enlarge the

petitioner on bail on the same terms and conditions as the other accused person who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 732 of 2026.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Allowed.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 755 of 2026 is allowed. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
