Petitioner Mrs. Sonali Das .. for the petitioner Mr. Madhusudan Sur, Mr. Aniket Mitra ..for the State The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Having considered the materials on record prima facie, disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged cultivation of poppy, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.

CRM 5980 of 2020 and C.R.A.N.1 of 2020 (Old No. CRAN 4427 of 2020) are disposed of.
