Mr. Pradipta Ganguly ..for the State Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and cyber cell is after him for taking him to custody. Learned advocate further submits that custodial detention of the petitioner cannot be an issue in view of the fact that nowhere the petitioner's name transpires. Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate for the State vehemently opposes the contentions advanced by the petitioner and submits that the present petitioner was working under the principal accused thereby obtaining a high commission for committing the offence which is sufficient for disrupting the present mode of banking operations.

We have taken into account the materials collected by the investigating agency and the nature of involvement of the present petitioner in connection with the case, having considered the same, we are of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitled to anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. With these observations, CRM 5983 of 2020 and CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old No. CRAN 4430 of 2020) are disposed of. (Samapti Chatterjee, J.) (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
