Learned advocate representing the State respondents submits on instruction that petitioner made application before the concerned respondent authority for being appointed as primary teacher as a fresh candidate not in service candidate.

Council, South 24 Parganas. Concerned authority of District Primary School Council is directed to produce before this Court on the next date the application submitted by the petitioner while offering candidature for being appointed as primary teacher.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is also directed to file supplementary affidavit enclosing relevant document in support of his claim that he was in service on 10th August, 2017. Let such supplementary affidavit be filed by 7 (seven) days from date.

List the matter under the same heading on 14th May, 2025.
