In terms of the order dated 2nd May, 2025 supplementary affidavit has been filed in order to establish that petitioner was working as a primary teacher on 10th August, 2017 for getting the benefit of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 10th December, 2024 passed on a Review Petition (C) No..........of 2024(Diary No(s). 4961/2024) in Civil Appeal No. 7873 of 2023.

However, in the supplementary affidavit two documents are enclosed at pages 5 & 6 wherefrom it appears that petitioner was appointed as a teacher in Sishu Tirtha Nursary & K.G. School vide appointment letter dated 10th April, 2017.

Therefore, it appears that petitioner on 10th August, 2017 was not working as a teacher in a primary school.

In view of aforesaid situation petitioner is not entitled to get the benefit on the strength of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 10th December, 2024.

Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed.
