1. The affidavit of service filed today is kept on record.

2. The petitioner's application for transfer on the general ground of distance made sometime in the year 2026 is still pending. The School Authority has issued No Objection and forwarded the same to the District Inspector Schools (SE), South 24 Parganas.

3. The concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) is directed to forward the said application along with No Objection and declaration by July 15, 2026 to the respondent no. 4, the Secretary of WBCSSC.

4. Since the Utsashree portal is presently suspended, the respondents will consider the application on offline mode.

5. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

6. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if
