On 17th December, 2025, when this revisional application was last taken up for hearing, it was submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a process was underway to settle the matter amicably out of Court.

Today, Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, submits a copy of the order dated 4th February, 2025 passed by the learned Judge, 4th Bench, Presidency Small Cause Court, Calcutta, which reflects that Ejectment Suit No. 177 of 2022 has been withdrawn without liberty to file afresh. This revisional application was preferred challenging an order passed in the said suit.

In view thereof, the revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
