In Re: CRAN 1 of 2026 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/applicant prays for waiver of condition of bail granted to the petitioner on 22.05.2025.

So far as the condition relating to meeting with the concerned Officer of Domkol Police Station is concerned, the same is modified to the extent that the petitioner will report to the Domkol Police Station once in a month till further orders of this Court.

Report has been submitted by the Union of India. Let the same be kept with the record.

Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that the

other condition would remain unaltered till further orders of this Court.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
