Pursuant to the order dated 2nd May, 2025 supplementary affidavit has been filed wherefrom it appears that petitioner was appointed as a primary teacher in an unaided institution on 13th May, 2007 and joined the said unaided school on 14th May, 2007.

However, it does not appear from the supplementary affidavit that petitioner was working as a primary teacher on 10th August, 2017 which is one of the conditions to get the benefit of the order dated 10th December, 2024 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Review Petition (C) No..........of 2024(Diary No(s).

4961/2024) in Civil Appeal No. 7873 of 2023.

Much reliance is placed on a document at page 7 of the supplementary affidavit relating to

acknowledgment issued by the National Institute of Open Schooling against application made by the petitioner for undergoing 18 months Diploma course wherein petitioner was treated as in-service teacher in unaided private school.

However, that acknowledgment was issued by the NIOS based on application made by the petitioner declaring herself as in-service teacher. However, that does not ipso facto establish that petitioner was working as a primary teacher on 10th August, 2017.

Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
