For the State The limited prayer of the writ petitioner is for a direction on the State respondents to furnish a copy of a complaint filed by an Enquiry Committee relating to alleged tampering of records. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a Title Suit sometime in 2021 which is presently pending and in which an order of status quo with regard to possession of the land was granted by the concerned Court.

The State respondents are represented.

Learned counsel submits that the copy of the complaint shall duly be furnished to the petitioner within two weeks from date. It is also submitted that the petitioner can well take the objection and all other related points before the learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Asansol Court.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, WPA 8559 of 2022 is disposed of with the direction on respondent Nos. 2 and 3 being the Inspector General of Registration and Commissioner of Stamp Revenue and the Deputy Inspector General of Registration, Range-IV respectively to furnish the copy of the complaint mentioned at annexure P6 of the writ petition within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order on the concerned respondents.
