In view of the stand taken by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that no order need be passed in this writ petition.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court at an appropriate stage, if so called for.

With the aforesaid observations,

WPA 8823 of 2025 is disposed of.
