Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for disposal of the writ petition with liberty to file afresh in case any cause of action still survives.

Learned counsel places reliance on the authority in Capt. Prem Kishan Mohla vs. Union of India & Ors. reported in 1987 (Suppl.) SCC 130 in support of his contention.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file afresh in the event any cause of action survives.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 9788 of 2017 is disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
