Petitioners complain of police inaction.

The State and the private respondents are represented.

Learned senior advocate appearing for the State submits that, the complaint of the petitioners was enquired into and that the police did not find commission of any cognizable offence. He submits that, the disputes are between relatives and they relate to a thika tenancy property.

Since the police did not find commission of any cognizable offence, no further interference is called by the writ Court.

This order will, however, not prevent the petitioners from approaching before the appropriate forum.

W.P.A. 10010 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
