Previously on six occasions, petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected and lastly on April 9, 2021. The allegation against the petitioner is that she along with co-accused persons was running commercial sexual exploitation of minor girls. The case is at the stage of trial. At least 13 witnesses were examined. Therefore, considering previous orders of rejection of bail, we are not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail is rejected.

The application being CRM 3505 of 2021 accordingly dismissed.

However, the trial Court is directed to hear the matter and conclude the recording of evidence preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order.
