In Re: CRAN 3 of 2026 Petitioner has prayed for relaxation of conditions of bail. Records of the case reflect that on 19.01.2026 very recently the same was dismissed as the petitioner evaded for a considerable period of time when the case was registered for investigation.

Having considered the specific observations on 19.01.2026, within a close proximity of time, I am not inclined to accede to the prayer of the petitioner.

Accordingly, CRAN 3 of 2026 is dismissed.
