The petitioner has filed the instant application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure after being arrested in connection with Talpatighat Coastal Police Station Case No. 99 of 2020 dated 07.10.2020 under Sections 498A/304B of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his client does not intend to press this application.
