The petitioner is aggrieved that his application for transfer has not been considered. It appears from the record that there are disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the school has no objection. Admittedly, under Rule 5 of the 2015 Rules for transfer, an applicant against whom criminal proceedings are pending, cannot be allowed to avail the benefit of transfer.

In those circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Hence, WPA 8565 of 2022 shall stand dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
