Record of the revisional application reflects that none appeared either on behalf of the petitioner or for the State on 15.11.2021 or on 2nd March, 2023 when the revisional application appeared in the list. Accordingly, Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities in due course.

The subject matter of the case relates to Girish Park Police Station Case No. 178 of 2008 dated 06.12.2008 under Section 376(2)(g) of the Indian Penal Code. The order dated 22nd March, 2021 was passed by the learned trial court refusing the prayer for recalling as prayed for by the petitioner. The learned trial court while passing order recorded that seven petitions of such nature were filed on 17.12.2014,23.04.2015,22.07.2015,07.08.2018,01.09.2018,30.01.202 1, 22.03.2021.

Having considered the reasons so assigned by the learned trial court in S. C No. 23 of 2016, I am of the opinion that no interference

is called for. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1224 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently dismissed. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
