Affidavit of Service filed by the petitioner in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioner's grievance is that the FIR No.82/2024 dated 24th February, 2024 is not being properly investigated by the police.

It has been submitted that during the pendency of the instant writ petition, the accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate representing the State respondents submits, upon instruction, that investigation of the charges is over and charge sheet being Kotwali P.S. Charge Sheet No. 218/24 dated 30.05.2024 has already been submitted.

As it appears that charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Trial Court, accordingly, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the learned Trial Judge for further relief in the matter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
