We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. We are satisfied that there were sufficient grounds for the absence of learned counsel for the petitioner on the day when the matter was dismissed for default.

The order dated August 23, 2021 is recalled. CRM 3506 of 2021 is restored to its original file and number. List the bail application for hearing on September 16, 2021.
