The instant revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 21.07.2011 passed by the learned trial Court in connection with an application filed by the respondent/wife filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act praying for maintenance pendente lite.

It appears from the orders passed by this Court on earlier occasion that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the present application.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being C.O. 906 of 2013 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
