In view of the above, the proceeding of Sessions Case No.56 of 2024 arising out of Baranagar P.S. Case No.560 of 2019 dated 26th October, 2019 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 3rd Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas is quashed.

CRR 1443 of 2024 along with CRAN 1 of 2024 are accordingly disposed of.
