The said communication dated February 24, 2022 filed in Court be taken on record.

There subsists an order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner dated October 4, 2021. The condition requiring the petitioners to report to the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight until further orders is relaxed in view of the filing of the charges-sheet by the police.

All other conditions of the order dated October 4, 2021 will remain the same.

CRAN 1 of 2022 is, thus, disposed of.
