Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that several representations submitted by the petitioner before the authority for payment of compensation have fallen on deaf ears.

The petitioner seeks a direction upon the concerned authority, being the 2nd respondent herein, to consider the representation submitted by him on 24th February, 2023. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24th February, 2023 within one month from the date of communication of this order upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof. Since the 2nd respondent is not represented, the petitioner is directed to serve copy of the representation along with the copy of this order upon the 2nd respondent at the earliest.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
