Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

Police personnel were assaulted by the petitioners. Apparently, there are three police complaints relating to the same incident. The incident relates to an attack on a religious place where the petitioners are involved.

In such circumstances, considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1604 of 2023 is dismissed.
