This revisional application is fixed up today for hearing and disposal.

The instant application under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was filed praying for transfer of Misc. Case No.18 of 2010 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siliguri under Section 12 read with Sections 18, 19, 20 and 22 of The Protection of Woman from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 to any competent court at Alipurduar, District-Jalpaiguri. The petitioner has not taken any steps since filing of this application. The application appears to be infructuous due to lapse of time and the same is dismissed for default.
