The writ petitioners have challenged the impugned orders dated 21st June, 2017 and 2nd November, 2018 by filing this writ petition on 12th April, 2023 after a lapse of six years.

Such inordinate delay in filing the writ petition without any convincing and cogent reason is not entertainable and accordingly this writ petition being WPA 8929 of 2023 is dismissed. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
