Mr. Partha Pratim Roy Mr. Anirban Das ....for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), 1st Court at Krishnanagar, Nadia to dispose of Title Suit No.186 of 2004 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties.

From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that the suit was fixed for evidence of P.W.1 and subsequently the learned trial judge by an order dated November 12, 2024 directed the suit to be heard ex parte against the defendants.

In view thereof, CO 1369 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), 1st Court at Krishnanagar, Nadia to dispose of Title Suit No.186 of 2004 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There will be no order as to costs.
